Welcome to Week 3 of Humanities Covid style!

This week we will move on to new content. The final draft of your research paper is Due Friday May 8th. This should include your full paper, revised source evaluation (does not count towards the word count), and MLA works cited page. Word count is 1100-1300 words. Submit to Second Semester Research Paper on Tii.

Remember to give someone who needs one a peer edit on Revision 2 this week! I added a new peermark assignment since the first one expired. It will still be under Revision 2.

There may be some time to work on this if you finish assignments early this week (Example: tomorrow's lecture is not the full 50 minutes, quite a bit shorter), but just like when we move on in class during this stage, you will be expected to finish this on your own time.  If you need extra time past the 8th, this is not a problem, but you MUST communicate with Mr. Smith or Mrs. Santos. Just let us know you need some extra time. We will need time to grade it and the longer you stretch out this process the tougher it will be on your brains, but we want you to do what is best for you at this point. So don't feel like you can't ask for extended time if needed.

**Paper Note: Remember that one BTS does not necessarily equal one paragraph. If your paragraph is a page or more, it is too long and you need to find the spot in that section where Enter+Indent is needed. This is the place where you naturally go to your next point/piece of evidence within that BTS. If you are having trouble with that, email Mrs. Santos for help.


For your assignment today, you will have 50 minutes to complete the Didactic literature work on Mr. Smith's website. You have no SS work for today.
