Today you will create a visual representing an aspect of an Indian religion of your choice (Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism). Size and format is up to you. No printed pictures but digitally created art is allowed if that is your medium of choice. Otherwise you can draw, paint, sculpt, whatever you like. Paper, canvas, digital creation. Just as long as it's your own creation. Must be respectful and appropriate!

Examples of topics:

• Cycle of Samsara
• Relation of the Atman to the Brahman
• Dharma and karma
• Middle Way
• Journey of the Buddha
• Jain or Sikh philosophy
• Possibilities are endless!!

Requirements:

• Your creation (no internet pictures)
• Include color
• Must clearly show understanding of your topic

When finished, upload a picture of your creation to the Google folder linked below. If you prefer not to have your creation seen by others, you can email me your picture. You will have class time today and tomorrow to work. Final due date is Friday at 3 pm.

Upcoming Dates:

Wednesday will be our assessment on Indian religions. Make sure your notes are updated and you understand the basic beliefs and key words of each one. If you prefer, you can take your assessment before doing your visual. As long as it is turned in by Wednesday at 10 pm. Please read instructions carefully!
